Andrew Carnegie donated over $250,000 in services to the borough because it took his namesake. At the time, that was more than the pocket change that it is now to high-rollers like us. But just imagine what he would have paid if he'd anticipated the inclusion of his name in our county quest next. Cha-ching!
Here Brendan O'Donnell wonders if they change the sign every time they elect a new mayor.
