Kilbuck Township

The site of a landslide at a proposed Walmart shopping plaza. It is just an example of a small municipality that is trying to expand its tax base by making inappropriate zoning decisions - which have in turn hurt many other people through the closure of portions of Ohio River Boulevard to remediate the problem.

We didn't take a picture of the municipal building because the garage door was right next to the sign open with a light on. We didn't want to arouse any unnecessary suspicion, so instead I Mickey-Moused this photo out the window as we drove by.
