Penn Hills

When it was designed, the Penn Hills sign was to advertise many businesses that operate in the municipality. Nowadays, these advertisements are gone and all that is left is an unsightly space on an unsightly sign.

Other than a lot of windy roads and a dearth of "Welcome to Penn Hills" signs, this place is unremarkable.
