West Deer Township

As you can see, West Deer Township was formerly home to arrowheads, deer & Native Americans.

Much to our chagrin, one needs a permit to solicit. Might as well call this 'West Police State Township' with restrictive rules like these.

Fort Knox? NO!….. This well secured structure is actually the West Deer Township library. What is remarkable is that this library has one more layer of barbed wire fence than the Allegheny County Jail.
